The Prepaid Credit Card is a minute account for shared-inc services. The credit can be used for services within our network of specialized experts in the fields of Marketing, Design, and Tech.
Minutes can be used for services within the shared-inc network, specifically in the areas of Marketing, Design, and Tech.
Minutes are credited to the account when a minute package is purchased or complimentary minutes are added.
A time estimate in minutes is created for each project. The actual time consumed is then deducted from the minute account. Billing is processed in 15-minute increments.
The current balance and an overview of remaining minutes are available on the account dashboard. Please note that there may be slight delays in updating the balance after a deduction.
If the card balance is exceeded during a project, cardholders will be notified early. Additional services will be billed in 15-minute increments at CHF 47.50. Any outstanding balance can be settled at any time via card top-up or by invoice.
Minutes are tied to the respective account and can neither be transferred nor paid out.
Complimentary minutes expire 12 months after activation if they have not been used by then. Purchased minutes can be used without any time limit.
